In master batch application, PE wax HT7543-2 provides low viscosity, high softening point, good hardness, good thermal stability, low volatility in high temperature, good dispersion in the pigment, and obtains an excellent performance in lubricity.
In plastics processing, HT7543-2 can improve production efficiency, has good moisture resistance at room temperature, and provide chemical resistance ability. The excellent electrical properties can improve the appearance of the finished products.
In the PE,PP,PVC…… processing, the HT7543-2 can effectively reduce the plasticizing torque, extend the plasticizing and thermal stability time, it has excellent anti-adhesion and demoulding effect. It is suitable to be used in the plastic products processing of pipe, mill, and buckle, and it is also can be used in PE,PP,PVC…… thermal stabilizers.
HT7543-2 is white, with low viscosity, has to be added in the inner extrusion process, it can provide good lubrication effect, and plays as a hardening agent in powder coating applications, with the adding amount at 0.5% -3%. Good screw lubrication and hardening effects of the coating surface can be obtained.
HT7543-2 can also be used in hot-melt, road marking paint, with an additional amount between 5-20%.In some other industries, the additional amount is generally between 1-20%.
