1.The Introduction the Product
To meet the demand of the market, our company has developed these series of black masterbatchcalled E051, which is made up of imported resin, high quality carbon black, dispersant and lubricant processed by banbury mixer. The black masterbatch which contains 50% carbon black, has a high carbon black content , strong power of color , good dispersion, good heat resistance good ultraviolet ray shield , innoxious, tasteless. At present, it had been widely used in the production of plastic film, anti-seepage film , milk film, water supply pipe ,cable pipe and also in the film-blowing, injection molding, wire drawing, sheet material and sparkle which are mostly based on PE, PP, ABS, PS AND EVA. This product has passed the attestation by National Chemical Construction Material Attestation Center, Qilv Petrochemical Corporation Resin Research Center China, Shandong Province Plastic Industry Attestation, Shandong Province Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Center and also has been detected by SGS, according with the European standard. It has been popularized by the National Field Plastic Film Panel in the ninth five-year plan.
