1.The Introduction of the Product
For meeting the demands of the domestic and overseas market, our company has developed a new kind of composite flaming Retarding masterbatch ( PE flaming Retarding Masterbatch, PP flaming Retarding Masterbatch). This product is of good dispersion, flame-resisting, low specific gravity, low bulk density, small dosage, high commonality and great convenience and so on. It has been widely used in injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, pressing and sparkle, especially in the extrusion of PE and PP pipes. The oxygen index in this process amounts to 27-30, according with the international standard GB2046-1993. 
2.Technical Index ①Appearance: cylindrical form or wafer granule. ②Inflaming Retarding Agent Content: 80%-85% ③Density: ≥1.6g/cm3 ④Water Content: ≤0.15% 3.Methods of Application Mixed completely according to certain proportion. Do not be mixed with filler masterbatch, or harm the effect of flaming retarding. 4. Recommended Proportion: 3% —5%( Users can also adjust this proportion according to your requirements) 5. Package: 25 kg per bag packed by paper and plastic cover 6. Storage: Not dangerous goods; put away in ventilated and dry storehouse, and not exposed in the sun and damp. |
